power up!

Power Up – Summer Fitness Programme for Teens
Power Up is a gym-based programme for young people aged 11–16 across the Ribble Valley and Longridge, delivered in partnership with CrossFit Clitheroe, Roefield Leisure, and Longridge Community Gym.
Our aim is to encourage teenagers to stay active throughout the summer by providing those eligible for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme with free access to gym facilities, fitness classes, nutritional guidance, health and wellbeing support, and much more.
The programme is funded by Lancashire County Council (LCC) and the Crisis Resilience Fund, and administered by Ribble Valley Borough Council, meaning all sessions are completely free of charge for eligible teenagers, with no limit on what activites they take part in, and healthy snacks will be provided daily to all participating teens.
